Weight Gain Epidemic

I know we have talked about weight control and obesity in the
past. It is a SERIOUS problem in our country today. In fact,
we are the most obese nation, in the history of the world!

Just today a friend mentioned to me that he saw a newscast last
night that was trying to blame obesity on the environment. That
air quality was the cause of this epidemic. OK, I agree that
pollution may contribute many diseases, but "the cause" of
obesity, I have a big problem with that.

First, I want to promote a movie that came out 2 years ago,
its called "Super-size Me" and if you have not seen it yet,
you need to right away! As a matter of fact, the info in this
movie may just save you or a loved ones life. I own the DVD
and I can honestly say that it is on my top 5 movies of all
time, because it is full of the TRUTH, and, as disturbing as
much of it is, there are some absolutely funny parts as well.

The second thing I want to direct you to today is a site that
will show you the dramatic increase in obesity in the U.S. in
the last 20 years, by state, which has been recorded by the
